The download is Shirts Pattern for women in sizes 32/44 that can be customized with the measurements of each one here.
Those shirts have two length options to combine with several pants and skirts. A shorter one for pants and high waist skirts and the other with a cut to the hip.

42: Chest 96; Waist 74; Hip 96
44: Chest 100; Waist 78; Hip 100
