Faq
Cancellation and return
the store’s digital products cannot be returned. You cannot cancel or return custom-designed and patterned products either.
The time of cancellation of an order is 12 hours from the purchase as long as nothing is downloaded in that period of time. If in that period of time you have not completed the purchase the order is canceled and you will have to buy that product again. If you have made the payment but it has been denied, the purchase is canceled.
If the download of any of the files has been made, the return or cancellation will not be made under any condition.
Could I cancel/return a digital item if I didn’t download it?
Yes, it could be canceled as long as nothing is downloaded at the cancellation time. If any file has been downloaded, the refund will not be made and the money will not be returned in full or in part.
Size information
The sizes are the generics of Spain. In the pictures you have the measures to know which is best suited to your body.
Custom Orders
All orders can be customized, both the pattern and the design.
To customize the pattern to the desired measurements, the measures requested in the product description would be needed. Custom measurements of a pattern can vary by several centimeters with respect to the body itself are approximate measures if we have taken the measures well the pattern can be large or small. And since it is impossible to perform a test, there is a risk that the pattern does not correspond to the desired measures.

Could you buy the pattern for BJD Minifee?
Yes, but only for privates not for stores. If you have a store and want to play my pattern in your store contact me through my mail.
Do you sell the doll’s clothes?
No. They are just prototypes to see the end result of the pattern. If you want the finished model please contact me through my mail.
I have bought a pattern but it has been lost, how can I get it back?
The pattern can only be downloaded once after completing the purchase, it will not be able to be downloaded again. If it has been lost, you have to buy back that pattern. The files are not recoverable once you have downloaded the first time after your purchase.
How many times can I download a pattern that I have already purchased?
It can only be downloaded once when the purchase is finished if in that time you have not downloaded it you will not be able to recover that file you have to buy back the pattern. I do not send any pattern by email.
I do not read the format of the patterns?
The patterns and their instructions are in PDF format. You need a program to read this type of format as Acrobat Reader or you can open it in your Internet browser.
The size is not adequate.
The patterns are in International A4 format (21 cm x 29.70cm). You have to join the patterns by the marks that appear at the ends of the page. In this post I explain how to do it.
I can not download it.
When you have made the purchase you will be sent an email where you can download it directly. If you have created an account, you have it in the download area. I recommend you have an account. Here you will have better access to the download.
Can you send it to me by email?
If you have not downloaded it because you have problems to do it, I can send it by email. If you have already downloaded them, NO. And it will not be sent in a format other than PDF write-protected.
I want another collar / sleeve / long dress. Do you modify the pattern?
The patterns you see in the store do not allow modification of any kind. If you want that pattern with another shape / long / neck / sleeve you must buy the Custom Order item.
