The off-the-shoulder top pattern is sleeveless. It has a ruffled ruffle with an elastic band to hold it in place at the shoulders and reaches below the waist.

The top pattern is very easy to sew, it is a simple and quick pattern to make.

I live the pattern. It comes together easily and makes a beautiful cool blouse which can be worn either off the shoulder or pulled up onto the shoulder. A plus for me was not needing a bra but still covering everything 😀😀
