What is High low skirt pattern

The download is for High low skirt pattern for women in Spanish sizes 32/44 that can be customized with the measurements of each one here.

This skirt can be made with elastic waist or with a normal waist and invisible zipper closure. It is short at the front and long at the back with flight.
