Type of face: What suits you best

Our face shape influences when wearing a hat or even hairstyle. For each type of face there is a specific hairstyle and hats to get the most out of it.

Here you have a compilation of all face shapes and that looks better, including hairstyles. In order to know the best color I will leave you an entry with the combination with your skin tone.

Type of face Oval/elongated

It’s the most balanced type of face. Sometimes it can have a wide forehead. The most favorable hairstyles are medium/long soft waves and bob style.

For hats, asymmetrical hats are the best choice. The top (the top) should be narrower than your cheekbones. Avoid linings that are too tight to your head, with large pom-poms.

Heart/triangle

The top is wider than the bottom. Long to the shoulders, waves loose and wide and capeado cut in the collarbone.

Wear hats with your forehead uncovered. If you wear accessories that are small on the top of your head or on one side. Avoid hats that are too tight or with wide wings. And the top should not be narrower than your cheekbones.

Type of face Square/rectangle

The whole face is the same width and length. The most flattering hairstyles are: staggered, long curls and short bangs combed to one side.

The best fitting hats are flat hats, berets, binnies, loose hats, homburg, endless scarves worn as hoods and hunter’s hats.

Round

In this one you have to shape it elongated. The best hairstyles are long straight, with elongated fringe and curly side ponytails.

Loose hats, homburg hats, fedoras, infinite scarves such as hoods, wool hats with pompom, berets and delivery caps.
